Delivery of Your Physical Gift Card (After Redeeming Your VEX Gift Card)
Your VEX Gift Card can be exchanged for both digital eGifts and physical gift cards. This article relates to the delivery of physical gift cards.
If you have included a physical gift card when redeeming your VEX Gift Card you will be asked for a postal address during the checkout process. Your order will pass to our processing and fulfilment team based in the UK who are responsible for the pick, pack, load and despatch of your gift card.
Depending on the value of your Gift Card the type of postage used varies. Lower value orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class Post, orders over £50 or equivalent are sent using a Royal Mail Tracked service and higher value orders are sent using a Special Delivery service. Orders sent using either Tracked or Special delivery can be tracked using the tracking link included in your despatch email.
What to expect. Your physical gift card should be delivered to your nominated address with 2-3 days from ordering. Please be advised, despatch is from the UK and delivery to mainland Europe can take up to 5-6 days from order receipt. You should allow additional days for delivery to other parts of the world.
Your new Gift Card. Gift Cards are programmed to become valid 24 hours after the initial load. In most cases this means that the Gift Card will be live and active once received and can be used straight away. In the event that your gift card arrives particularly quickly then please allow 24 hours before attempting use. All Gift Cards have their own T&Cs set by the Retailer who issues each Gift Card. Please read these carefully as they contain information about any restrictions of use. Please pay attention to the expiry date. This is normally at least 2 years from time of issue but can vary between Retailers.
