My (Physical Gift Card) Hasn't Arrived
Physical gift cards are sent from our UK-based delivery centre using Royal Mail services. Your Gift Card is expected to arrive at UK addresses with 2-3 days from placing your order, and in most cases arrives sooner. Please allow extra days delivery time if your delivery address is in mainland Europe or other parts of the world.
If your order is over £50.00 then your delivery will be made using a tracked service and you will be able to monitor progress yourself using the tracking reference included in the despatch email, sent to you when your order leaves our distribution centre.
We regard our delivery partner, Royal Mail, as a highly efficient and reliable service but occasionally issues do occur. When this happens we're here to help but do please allow up to one week before contacting our Customer Service centre.

We strive to to answer all queries within 12 hours of receipt (during normal office hours). The Customer Service team is open for business during bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year although a reduced service is offered at this time.
