What's The Difference Between A Physical And Digital VEX Gift Card

The VEX Gift Card comes in several formats (physical, digital and personalised) to suit different needs and requirements. 

Firstly, physical VEX Gift Cards are credit card size. On the rear the 20 digit long code is shown along with the 4 digit PIN code which sits beneath a scratch-off panel. Please note, VEX Gift Cards issued before March 2021 do not have a PIN code. Your will need these details when accessing the Redemption site. 

The digital VEX eGift is an electronic version which is distributed primarily by email but also via SMS. Once collected the eGift can be printed out and gifted in person, or used on screen to retrieve the long PAN and PIN numbers. Both products work the same way at the redemption site.
